Programme Outline
The Level 3 Education and Training course is designed for those who teach others within their own organisation. The course runs over 5 days to ensure you have adequate knowledge to train others within your workplace and can be completed over 5 consecutive days or divided into smaller sessions, providing the course is finished within 6 weeks and you have a minimum 3 hour session each week. You are assessed on your theoretical and practical knowledge during this time. A written test must be completed before the end of the 5 day period, covering skills you have learnt during the training sessions. Students will be asked to produce a Session Plan and Scheme of Work, which they will deliver to the group on the final day. You will be provided feedback from your peers and assessed by your trainer, along with evaluating your own performance. Our experienced trainers will help you develop the knowledge and understanding needed to pass this course.
This course gives participants the knowledge, confidence, and qualification required to teach others.

Who is the programme for?
This course is for anyone who wishes to gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience. If you need to be able to teach within your workplace, without having to hire someone host the session, this course is ideal. This course is £350 + VAT per person for a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 10.
